The only positive aspect was the initial service at reception and the fact that the room was adequate. Everything else was an unacceptable experience. Before 9:00 AM, while we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door and entered the room without waiting for an answer, completely invading our privacy. From that moment on, they began knocking every 15 minutes, pressuring us to leave, to the point of making us feel literally expelled from the hotel. The fact that they were closed for vacation in no way justifies entering an occupied room or harassing guests. The situation was so uncomfortable that even showering made us afraid they would come back in. An absolute lack of respect, zero professionalism, and an experience that borders on being grounds for a complaint. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances and demand that they take responsibility.

Basic and cheap. The room wasn't clean; there's a restaurant/cafeteria downstairs. The smell of old frying oil lingers in the room.
