The location is excellent, and the initial reception and presentation of the hotel is good. Modernized, beautiful, and renovated, even though it's a very old building. We stayed in a horrible room, dirty, dirty toilet, dirty shower stall. We asked to change rooms. Initially, they didn't accept, but then they changed us. We went to a visually better room, without a musty smell, with split air conditioning. Smelling nice towels (the only thing that deserves praise). The shower stall was dirty, grout full of mold, dirty floor, filthy windows, you could barely see the view because of the stench, curtains without maintenance and too short (light came in even with the blackout curtains). The shower stall had a curtain. Shelves with termite dirt. My bed was an old, bad spring mattress. I don't care about luxury and frills, but unfortunately, this experience was terrible, and I will never go back. In addition to the disorganization, we waited in a 1-hour queue to check in (the hotel works with events and was participating in one), and we left without the invoice. In short, extreme disorganization, unsanitary rooms, horrible elevators. And the price is outrageous. I've paid much less for far better hotels.

The hotel experience is so bad it needs to improve significantly. The staff were unhelpful from the moment you arrived, the reception area reeked of cigarette smoke, the room was moldy, the air conditioning was old and didn't work, the coffee was cold, and the staff were quite unhelpful. I don't want to experience this again.

Terrible, the wifi didn't work, the room smelled of sewage, the sheets were dirty, the shower was freezing, the elevators felt like they were going to fall apart, in short, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, I don't know how it's still open.
