Generally comfortable. Convenient. Clean. The vending machine on the guest room floor only had juice. It would have been better if it was a convenience store rather than a shop. It would have been better if the sauna had a loyly function. While I was sleeping in my room, there was a constant creaking and rattling noise due to the strong wind. It was difficult to fall asleep. But I might stay here again. If they improve. I hope so.

If you're considering staying here, please read this! In conclusion, I felt that hygiene, noise, and customer service were all lacking. Hygiene: The moment I entered the room, there was a strange smell. When I opened the closet, it smelled incredibly bad: natto. It was probably the smell of the previous guest's feet or shoes. No wonder the air purifier was humming on high from the start... There was a note with the cleaning staff's name on it, but they noticed, right? Why did they think they could let someone through? Noise: The creaking continued all night, and honestly, I couldn't sleep. I had no choice but to turn on the TV and drown out the noise. I inquired and was told that it only sounds on windy days, but if that's the case, it's just aging and needs maintenance. Customer Service: This is partly my fault, but I went to the breakfast area wearing the black slippers that came with my room and was turned away. However, the front desk never said a word about not being allowed inside the building in slippers. I also saw at least three groups of guests being turned away that morning because they didn't want to wear slippers. We were in the elevator together and everyone was upset that they hadn't been informed. If slippers are not allowed, then I would much rather walk around the breakfast area in dirty shoes that have been walked on in the snow. Finally, a spa ticket was included, but it was only available in the evening and there was an additional charge for the morning. This is also a mystery to me. So, there is no need to pay money and have a bad experience out of all the options, so I would strongly recommend choosing a different hotel.
