The bath is spacious and clean, but the tub has a strong chlorine-based disinfectant smell that makes it feel like you're not really in a hot spring, which is a shame. It feels like an extension of the pool. Even if it doesn't affect the efficacy, I wish they would take measures such as reducing the amount used. I thought it was unavoidable during the COVID-19 pandemic, but these days, the chlorine smell isn't as strong at any hot spring resort. There may be concerns about Legionella, but I really hope they improve this.

We went for 2 nights and 3 days over Christmas 🎄 with my 1-year-old child 👧🏻 and my parents! The room was amazing ✨ The food was delicious 😋 The location is also great, close to major tourist attractions! Unfortunately, due to the time of year, it was crowded and there were many issues, so we won't be returning. 🙇🏻‍♀️ ⚠️Points to Note⚠️ Long check-in lines Very few elevators There are far too few elevators for the number of rooms, so when there are a lot of people using them, such as during check-in, check-out, and meal times, the elevators get extremely crowded, with long lines and jam-packed floors. 💦 *Check-out time was especially difficult. I had to wait for the elevator to come up to the lobby from my room floor more than 15 times. 😱

I went with my daughters, who are in elementary school and kindergarten. There was a sweets-making experience and an exploration event in the evening. The buffet food was delicious both in the morning and in the evening.
