Calling it a hostel is a compliment. I asked to change rooms because of hair in the sink. The room was rundown and the hair dryer was burned. A terrible experience.

I'm leaving this review because the description of the hotel on Booking is false and the pictures in which the hotel looks good are old. The reality is actually like this: 1. we arrived at the hotel and were greeted at the reception by a rude and impertinent lady (she was around 40 years old, blonde and said she was from Ukraine) who spoke very arrogantly and asked us for another 25 euros/ person/ city tax even though we showed her that we had paid these taxes on Booking she said she didn't care because the system showed her that I had to pay again....she didn't even want to find a solution and I had to pay again... 2. On Booking it says that the hotel has private parking, which is not true. They said they only have 3 parking spaces and it's first come, first served... we announced every morning at the reception that we were interested in parking and they always found excuses and reasons not to have parking, so we had to pay for a private parking lot the whole stay about 1 km from the hotel... 2. On Booking it says they have a private beach and that the hotel is on the beach....the hotel is on the main street and the beach does not belong to the hotel, it is private and is on the other side, behind other hotels about 300-500 m and you have to pay for the sunbed daily. 3. You can't serve meals at the hotel, only breakfast and there is no diversity at all.... It is a Swedish buffet full of all kinds of tarts and sweet cakes…very late, after several tourists made a scandal, they also brought some eggs, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers and yogurt….for example, a diabetic person doesn’t really have anything to eat for breakfast… 4. Dirt is the “core” in this hotel… I think the dust is only wiped off 2 times a year (see attached pictures). THIS HOTEL IS TO BE AVOIDED!!! It was the worst experience
