Terrible single room: the shower door was half open, missing a panel. It was impossible to sleep at night due to the excessive heat! Noisy and disruptive until 2 a.m.

As for the hotel, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel is vintage but very welcoming and private. The only inconvenience is that the hotel provides a ticket to display on the windshield to avoid paying for parking in the blue-lined spaces. This is obviously not enough for the traffic police, who will still issue a ticket for parking in a paid area without paying the fee. The hotel does not assume responsibility for reporting cars belonging to guests to the police, and more importantly, it does not assume responsibility when the guest receives a ticket, despite having followed the procedure of displaying the ticket they provided. The consequence is that a lengthy appeal process must be initiated through the prefect, only via certified email (PEC), presenting personal documents, invoices, and tickets provided by the hotel, taking a biblical amount of time, which in any case unfairly wastes time. I strongly recommend paying for parking anyway, not trusting the hotelier's advice. Alternatively, have them issue you a signed and stamped letterhead indicating their full responsibility for any fines.

Large, very clean rooms. Very kind gentlemen at the reception. Excellent value for money. Maximum 10 minutes to the Ferrari museum in Modena, about 15-20 minutes to the central area. Next to the hotel there is a nice bar and a restaurant. From the train station you can walk in 5 minutes.
