I am very disappointed with my experience with this hotel. After checking out, I realized that I had accidentally left a souvenir in the room. I contacted the hotel immediately, and at first everything seemed fine - they confirmed that they had found the item and assured me they would send it back without any problem. However, after that initial message, all communication stopped. They stopped replying to my messages and no longer answered the phone. Despite several attempts to reach them, I received no response at all. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. If the hotel promises to return a guest’s belongings, they should follow through. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed, and I cannot recommend this place based on their lack of honesty and customer service.

We were with my family in June. We liked everything!! The room, the food, the location, the staff, especially the girls at the bar - Ukrainians. Thank you and we definitely want to fly there again! I recommend it!!! And on the account that getting to the sea is useful, and not so far.

I loved everything about the hotel! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the balcony overlooked the sea, and the restaurant offered food for every taste. I highly recommend it :) We stayed from September 10th to September 17th, 2025.
