This has been the worst stay of my entire existence. It started when I was checked into a dirty room; followed by being moved to a smoke filled room; leading to another room and having my personal towels stolen by housekeeping I was told some would get back to me needless to say I’m still waiting. Lastly I made a request my room to be cleaned to come back to a dirty room. To top it all off they fire staff for giving water to guest with medical devices. I swear I will never stay at this hotel again I’d rather sleep in my car before staying here. Worst recommendation ever I wanted to leave on day one unfortunately New York just so happen to have all other rooms in the surrounding area booked. Oh let me not forget the manger assured me he’d add points to my account for the first night errors just to be lied to. Feel free to review the photos attached. This place should really be shut down and condemned. The photos clearly show they don’t value their guest.

Stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites New York Staten Island and had a very comfortable experience overall. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, from the lobby to the rooms. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and exactly what you want after a long day—comfortable bed, good shower, and plenty of outlets. There was a little disorganized moment with the shuttle to the port, but the lady at the front desk stepped in and fixed everything quickly. She was helpful, calm, and made sure everyone got where they needed to go without issue. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional, check-in and check-out were easy, and breakfast was solid for a complimentary option. Parking was convenient, which is a big plus in the area. Overall, it’s a reliable, no-stress place to stay, and I’d happily stay here again when in the Staten Island area.

I would leave a negative stars if I could. This hotel is filthy and has terrible customer service. My car would have been a nicer accommodation. Our room was never cleaned had hair in bed, old food in refrigerator etc. The entire hotels smells. The “ fitness center “ which is made up of 3 pieces of cardio equipment has one out of order , zero cleaning supplies, no towels etc. we are going on 24 hours of getting our check out resolved as it keeps getting passed from one person to another. It’s unacceptable a manager hasn’t reached out. Do better .
