Overall a good experience, room seemed well used (stains in carpet and cracked tiles in bathroom) but otherwise was very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good and well stocked. Disappointed that the parking wasn’t included and above market rate for the area but upon reflecting on the booking it was noted there.

One-bedroom apartment with a living room and a sofa bed – the bed itself was comfortable, but the sofa bed was of poor quality. We were disappointed to have to make the sofa bed ourselves using sheets from the closet. We asked for a duvet for the sofa bed and were given a small blanket instead. The nights were a bit chilly. The balcony didn't look anything like the photo on Booking.com. The bathtub had rust on the bottom. Otherwise, overall, a quiet hotel with a friendly welcome, very well located near metro stations and the city center – in the entertainment district on a main avenue. Breakfast was simple but adequate; we missed having bacon. There was no option to have dinner or lunch at the hotel. The kitchen was rather basic: no cutlery or dishes, many empty cupboards, a microwave and a coffee maker, but no cooking facilities… a shame. Parking is not free. For our next trip, we will try to find another hotel in the same area but with better amenities. Otherwise, the staff are very pleasant and kind.
