"THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT," ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY'RE RIGHT. I STAYED AT THIS PLACE YESTERDAY, JANUARY 14, 2026. I FOUND THE HOTEL ON GOOGLE, WHERE THE ROOMS WERE SELLING FOR €50. SINCE I WAS DRIVING MY OWN CAR, I PREFERRED TO CALL DIRECTLY AND MAKE A PHONE RESERVATION, WHERE I WAS OFFERED THE ROOM FOR €41, plus the €3 tourist tax, for a total of €44. I booked by phone. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me there were no reservations and that the room was €60, but that they would still give me a discount of €50. It all seemed a bit strange to me. Not because of the higher price, especially since we're talking about pennies, but it all seemed on purpose. If I had to leave a review about the hotel, I'd say everything was as described, even though the room had a bad "thousand-foot" smell. The location was good, the breakfast was good, and the bed was to my liking. I recommend all the staff be a little nicer, not so much the girls at the front desk, but the manager who was in the room behind the front desk.
