1. Poor reception service: From check-in, the service was unfriendly and unprofessional. There was no willingness to provide clear information or address basic concerns. 2. Excessive noise: During our stay, there was excessive noise, especially at night, which prevented us from getting adequate rest. The hotel did not appear to be taking any action to address this situation. 3. Prostitutes entering the hotel: The constant presence of sex workers at the hotel was evident, which created discomfort and negatively impacted the perception of safety and the overall atmosphere. 4. Non-functioning water heater: The water heater was not working properly, which affected the normal use of the room and was not resolved promptly. 5. Smell of marijuana: A strong smell of marijuana was detected throughout the hotel at various times, which is unacceptable in a hotel establishment. Overall, the experience was negative and does not match what is advertised on the platforms.

Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. This place advertises itself as a hotel, but it's actually a hostel. Upon arrival, we saw a barefoot and practically naked woman in the reception area, covered only by a towel, walking around the common area. It was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation. Nothing shown in the advertisements matches reality. The rooms have no privacy, everything is exposed, and the service and attention are awful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
