I visited with a group of friends who, after lunch, went for a drink in their café. The decor is beautiful, the dome is spectacular, and the tranquility is ideal for enjoying a good conversation and a very pleasant afternoon. The friendliness and kindness of the staff who served us were particularly noteworthy. It's a pleasure to find such helpful people who serve you with a smile and a level of kindness that truly impressed us. An ideal place to have a drink with good company.

This afternoon, Three Kings Day, we were at the hotel after the parade. The atmosphere was intense because the ballroom filled up quickly. I want to highlight Juan's empathy, attentiveness, and excellent work, which made our time in the dinner and cocktail lounge a truly memorable and efficient experience. And I think the experience was similar for all the surrounding tables. My congratulations to the Gran Hotel Fénix for having such efficient and professional people like Juan, who transformed a potentially tense moment into a pleasant experience. Bravo!

I'm familiar with the Level service from previous stays at other hotels in the group. On December 24th, they simply stopped offering the service after 5 pm, even though the specified hours were until 11 pm, without any explanation or prior notice. They just stopped providing it. A supposed luxury service canceled without explanation or warning, showing complete disregard for their guests. Meliá is losing loyal customers of many years due to this ugly and inappropriate behavior in a hotel with more pretensions than stars.
