Hotel Fioreze Primo

The Fiorese Primo hotel is excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is welcoming, the reception area offers delicious hot chocolate, the breakfast is very good, and the location is great. Without a doubt, I will stay at this hotel again when I return to Gramado.

I loved the hotel! Cozy place, very welcoming staff in all areas, from reception and breakfast to housekeeping. The breakfast is very well served with fruits, breads, cold cuts, cakes, pies, and they even offer a treat: omelets and crepes made to order. The real highlight is the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. I travel a lot, but I've never been so well received; the team is top-notch! I leave here my thanks for the kindness ❤️

The hotel is very well located, close to markets and three/four blocks from Rua Coberta, which makes getting around very easy. The staff service is impeccable: always polite, helpful and attentive. The breakfast is also very good, and I felt well taken care of during my stay. The breakfast staff are charming! They served me a delicious cake that made me relive unique moments when I was at the Quero Quero hotel, and their care in every detail was special! However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room left something to be desired. I had to change rooms almost at midnight, just when I was about to sleep, due to problems turning off a light and faulty electrical outlets. In the second room I was accommodated in, I spent the entire night unable to sleep because of the constant noise of the toilet flushing/cigarette tank, exactly every 5 minutes. In general, maintenance is poor and the rooms are old, clearly needing modernization. Regarding cleanliness, although the towels were changed and the bed was made, the floor was very dusty. These points were decisive in my not giving the hotel a perfect score and also in my disagreement with the high fee charged at check-out, supposedly intended for employees. This fee was not disclosed at the time of booking or upon arrival at the hotel. I would also like to make a suggestion. I have stayed at another hotel in the same chain, which had a refrigerator with food and drinks for sale, something I considered a great differentiator. This is a point that could be implemented in this hotel, especially since it does not offer lunch or dinner. One night, I felt unwell with a headache, and if there were quick options such as salads or light snacks, it would have helped a lot. In general, the staff service is excellent, always cordial and with a smile on their face. Always willing to help us and make us feel at home. But, with modernization and maintenance in the rooms, this hotel would be the best in Gramado!
