Amazing location for skiing, and the sauna/spa meant a relaxed evening every night. Great bar, and the food was authentic and plentiful. Rooms are a little dated, but that doesn't take anything away from our stay.

We stayed here (a family of 2 adults and 2 children) in August 2025 and for me personally it was the most beautiful holiday in many years. You could say that I fulfilled a dream - I always wanted to stay in this hotel and in this top location and now I finally did it. And I believe that the rest of the family also enjoyed their stay. The hotel itself is older but with a glorious history and the current management is trying to reconstruct it in parts. Inside everything is absolutely fine. The room was clean, modernly furnished and moderately heated (it was the end of August, but unusually cold). I only have one small comment for maintenance: the bathroom door should be replaced and the wardrobe door repaired. The hotel interior is pleasant and sensitively renovated, I would use a very functional simplicity in the rooms but without the feeling of cheapness. The location is amazing, I can't imagine a better location. The staff is very helpful and polite, from the receptionist to the breakfast supervisor. We had only paid for breakfast, unfortunately we couldn't afford half board - the price of dinner is higher than we expected. The breakfast was always rich and delicious with a wide selection. For me personally, the cherry on the cake was the surprise for breakfast on my birthday, when the waitress brought me a mini cake and congratulated me. That was really nice and I must say that it was unexpected - I forgot that it was my birthday! We also used the wellness - massage - and also satisfaction. The problem-free parking right next to the hotel is very good. A big benefit for us was also the tickets for the cable cars and to Tatralandia included in the price of the stay - this is great and ultimately decided us when choosing accommodation. Overall, we have the best impressions and if time and finances allow, we will return. I want to thank the entire staff for a wonderful vacation!
