From the very beginning it was terrible, the customer service is THE WORST….We were assigned rooms 1 and 2 (they told us check-in was at 3 pm), we arrived at 4:30 pm and the room wasn't ready. We told them and they moved us to room 6…the next day we asked them to move us back to room 2 (where we had originally been assigned) because room 6 is a dark room on the top floor and difficult to access with your luggage. They would only change our parking space if we paid for another day (the payment was made that same night we arrived). The next day, when we asked for the vehicle, they told us the ballet was very busy and that if we wanted, we could walk to the parking lot to get the vehicle. They gave us the address (we went exactly where they told us), and the parking attendant kicked us out. He was rude to us, saying we couldn't enter and that the vehicle wasn't there. I called the hotel, and they told me that wasn't the parking lot (even though the parking lot clearly stated and had pictures of the ÚNICO HOTELS chain). The attendant insulted us, and when we defended ourselves, he slammed the door of his booth at us, and my family members were injured. When we returned to the hotel, the manager "disclaimed responsibility," saying they were an independent hotel and couldn't be held accountable (even though the parking lot clearly stated it belonged to that chain). They called the National Guard and the police to practically remove us and only refund us for a room we didn't even use because it was for the second day, since all of this happened before checkout time on the first day. On the day of our reservation (the manager said it was our fault for getting lost because that's what Google Maps is for, because she's been all over Europe and never gets lost). When we asked for a complaints number or to speak to someone, she told us to go find the owner in Spain… And supposedly it wasn't their parking lot, and they sent the video claiming we assaulted the parking attendant when we were the ones assaulted… I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THAT HOTEL OR ANY OF ITS FAMOUS CHAIN WE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The facilities seemed nice and everything was clean, however, we booked a "breakfast" package and they only gave us coffee and toast. Don't be fooled, they don't offer breakfast... 😒😒😒
