Terrible experience. They offered us a room that barely fit our suitcases lying down to be able to open them and organize our clothes. The room was extremely cramped. The window faced the passageway, offering no privacy whatsoever. The hotel was extremely busy, with people in every area, and the breakfast was chaotic. We asked for a larger room, and the reception said it was full. We decided to change accommodations and communicated this through all available channels. They simply refuse to refund the amount paid for the remaining 6 nights. Without any negotiation or dialogue. Even after I argued that only a fine would be understandable in the situation. Finally, they said they couldn't issue an invoice for the amount we paid for the period. In addition to being extremely dissatisfied and having our travel and sightseeing days ruined, I will need to take legal action, as they do not accept an administrative and amicable resolution. Never book this hotel! It caused me great regret, financial loss, and annoyance.

We stayed from the end of February until March 10th of this year, 2026. The hotel was excellent. It exceeded our expectations. Mauricio, Gonzalo, William, and Daniel from the concierge were very helpful with our requests, as was all the cleaning staff. The facilities were comfortable, immaculate, and clean. It had all the amenities. Towels were changed daily, and the presentation was impeccable. The breakfast was incredibly complete and varied, with delicious options every day. In my opinion, it even surpasses those at all-inclusive hotels in the Caribbean. Absolutely nothing was lacking. The spaces are bright and airy, with plants, ferns, and flowers—cheerful and tasteful. I highly recommend it. I would return to the Geranius.

A welcoming 3-star hotel with an excellent location, just one block from Ingleses Sud. The breakfast is excellent, varied, and plentiful. The staff is very attentive and resolves any issues. Regina, Gonzalo, William, and Mauricio are always helpful and helpful. The hotel has a few minor details that could be improved, but it's excellent for families... many Argentinians stay here. A pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurants are all within 50 meters. The air conditioning and small shower are fine, and the bed is very comfortable. The pool is small but adequate; it's never crowded. I would definitely return.
