I stayed at this hotel with my family in October 2025. We really liked the location, which is very central, but that's about it. The furniture is quite worn, and on the second day the only elevator broke down and took hours to repair. Meanwhile, even with elderly people in our group, we had to climb the stairs. There is no swimming pool or sauna. The parking is good and they don't charge extra. The breakfast buffet doesn't even come close to the photos shown in the Booking.com advertisement and on the hotel's own website. It's quite mediocre, and during the three days we spent there, an elderly employee, wearing a chef's uniform and with a grumpy face, stayed by the buffet the whole time, doing nothing; she seemed to be there only to scare away guests. The only glamorous thing about it is the name. At check-out, they charge a 10% service fee on everything, including the total cost of the room rate. We asked at reception for the courtesy of leaving the room a little later, and even though it was October, low season, midweek, and the hotel had low occupancy, they only offered a 15-minute grace period. For the Christmas lights of 2026, we will return to Gramado, but this time we will stay at a different hotel.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff's service was excellent, always very polite and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The location is also very good, making it easy to access restaurants and tourist attractions. The breakfast had good options and everything was very tasty. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good service. There is a 10% service charge, but you only pay it if you want to.

The hotel is perfect, perfect location, excellent breakfast, and the staff? Their service is impeccable, polite... I loved it. The hotel is right next to the covered street, São Pedro church... all the points of interest. When I return to Gramado, I will stay there again! 😍😍
