I would like to say - the hotel is at good location - close to the center The reception staff are very nice and helpful and the view to at rooftop restaurant us nice But would like to share details of my stay Horrible breakfast at restaurant - not made for international standards the lady who would refill the bakery is soo RUDE! The manager of the restaurant was rude all. Service by the team at the restaurant even during dinner is really bad not accommodating and not helpful - if we wanted any amendments to our dishes was a task! They had an event in the hotel on 30th and 31st and we had to literally request the room service to serve us in the room as we weren’t allowed to go to the restaurant ( after making the hotel manager understand why we want room service) Lastly I want to say about the cleanliness of the room by housekeeping - the first hotel I have been to where housekeeping didn’t maintain the room well - the bedsheets were not dusted well - the rooms had dust everywhere from the tables to the floors and I literally got an allergy reaction with the unkept room - I would dust the bed and area myself - Poor standards of housekeeping - they would not refill the basic necessities at toilet also Overall this hotel was a disappointment to my trip !
