HOTEL GRAND JASNA

The first of the TMR hotels where we will not return. Although the room was nice at first glance, unfortunately the comfort cannot be said, the beds are terribly narrow, the mattresses are soft, when turning over, I was worried that I would fall out of bed, the pillows were also uncomfortable. On our floor, in the hallway, there was a mustiness. The wellness is quite poor for the number of guests that the hotel can accommodate. The wellness offers cosmetics, but none of what I wanted to buy was available, not to mention that for 2 days in a row only empty packaging was available for testing. The dining room was not up to capacity, especially at breakfast. The food itself was tasty, the breakfast was rich, and you can also choose for dinner. Unfortunately, during our stay we met with rude guests several times, it's quite an unpleasant feeling when a drunk guest bumps into you in the hallway at 2:00 PM, trudging to the room with a suitcase. The same goes for dinner. Yes, it's not the hotel's fault, everyone is responsible for themselves, but as a manager I would at least look at the other guests and their comfort. Likewise, guests not respecting the wellness rules (flip-flops and swimsuits in the sauna), a continuous wellness check or a warning at the entrance might help. I also completely did not understand how they can let guests into the dining room without shoes, only in socks. The highlight of it all was the gentleman who dropped his fruit tongs, picked them up from the ground and calmly put them back on the fruit counter, my husband finally took them to the waiter. Again, the failure of an individual, unfortunately, it spoiled the overall impression of our stay. However, there was a very pleasant, smiling older gentleman in the parking lot who organizes parking for guests, is happy to help and navigate. I would not classify the hotel itself as a 4*. Compared to other facilities in the same category, it still has a lot to catch up on.

We are very satisfied, Grand Jasna has a great location. The food is plentiful, compliments to the chef, everything is perfectly delicious, the service is very nice, the wellness is absolutely fine, the water in the pool is pleasant, thank you, we will definitely come back

Compared to a much cheaper hotel in Poland (Szczyrk) which had 5 stars, this one was much "weaker". We had dirty mattresses in the room, which are uncomfortable to sleep on. Smaller pool, large selection of saunas, and two jacuzzis (unfortunately they were always occupied). Each room has its own locker in the ski room. Which is great considering that the hotel is located 100 meters from the ski slope.
