It's located between Ebisu and Shibuya. It might be an awkward location for some, but I had things to do in both Ebisu and Shibuya, so it was a very satisfying location. The facilities are clean, and they provide breakfast, which is delicious. I often skip breakfast when I travel because I'm tired, but I've never skipped breakfast here. P.S. I don't know why, but of all the accommodations I've stayed in Japan, this one had the most English-speaking foreigners. If someone who speaks English is fluent, I think we'll be able to enjoy small talk and have a much better time.

It was great except for the fact that the location was a bit awkward due to construction!! The ladies who checked me in and out were so kind. Thank you for even calling me a taxi ^ㅇ^

This hotel is located roughly halfway between the Shibuya and Hiroo/Ebisu areas. I use it as a base for night events. It seems like 90% of the clientele is foreign (mostly American or European). I didn't see any Japanese people during my stay. I stayed in a double room, and the room was clean. The view and location aren't great, as it faces the Shibuya Ward Cleaning Bureau, but it doesn't smell bad. Even with the window open, you can only see the bureau. Other than the bureau, the surrounding area is mostly residential, so it's not noisy at all. The staff are mostly listless young women. There seem to be some foreign staff members. There's no typical hotel-like hospitality at all. It feels more like a beauty salon. Opinions will vary. (I don't mind it at all.) The bath only has a shower room, so if you want a larger bath, please visit a nearby public bath. Sakaeyu and Kairyoyu are within walking distance. I went to Kairyoyu because it was Friday. Price-wise, I think it's quite cheap for Shibuya. Hotels in Shibuya are all very expensive, so this is a good option for people who want a compact stay or who are staying for multiple nights. They offer a free beer service between 5pm and 6pm, so you can drink beer for free. They also give out various service coupons to guests staying overnight, so you can get a little something extra like drink tickets or discounts. In summary, I recommend this hotel to people who don't need hotel-like services and want a compact stay at a reasonable price.
