Very rude reception. My daughter tried to contact the hotel several times for information about the season, but immediately after saying "good morning," the call was disconnected. Very rude and impolite. I honestly didn't understand the intern's point; we simply wanted to book a room for our family.

We spent a wonderful weekend at the Hotel Greif in Lignano. The most exceptional and best thing about the hotel is the incredible service. Here, the guest truly is king. A cappuccino or latte is brought to your room within minutes in the morning, and the sauna is specially switched on and prepared for just one person, even in the middle of winter when there are hardly any other guests during the off-season. The entire hotel, down to the last detail, is impeccably clean and very well-maintained. We highly recommend this hotel! Cornelia Sonnek and Stefan Brünner
