Good location, 10 minutes from the city center by metro. Many service flaws: when we arrived, the manager, standing outside the entrance, made us wait for him to finish smoking... The spacious room lacked cleanliness, with dust in various spots, and days' worth of lint under the bed. In the bathroom, there were toothpaste and soap splatters on the tiles, a dirty countertop in several places, toilet paper remnants on the floor, and the aerator's hook was broken, which fell on my feet during the shower. And the list goes on... We gave it the benefit of the doubt and waited for the daily service the next day, but upon returning to the room, aside from making the bed and drying the fixtures, there were no signs of more thorough cleaning. The dust under the bed was still there, so I emailed management, and the next day, finally, the cleanliness was more evident. Breakfast was quite varied, with sweet and savory options; unfortunately, the eggs and bacon were completely cold the first morning, and practically charred the second day. And finding the maid waiting for the rooms to be vacated so she could do her job on the stairs in front of our room, checking her phone, was the icing on the cake... As a hotel professional, but above all as a customer, I believe that at least the basic services should be more than adequate, and this establishment lacks many essential points.

The staff was kind and helpful, and it was clear they were only following those absurd rules out of fear of losing their jobs. That's really the only positive thing. I was just staying with a friend: they charged me €30 for one night, and if I'd stayed more than 10 minutes without paying, the manager would have started complaining. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and management was rigid and unprofessional. It's a shame, because with different management, it could be a good place. So, I wouldn't recommend it.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the staff — the workers were genuinely friendly, polite, and always trying their best to help. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. The Wi-Fi barely worked during my entire stay, which made even simple tasks frustrating. On top of that, the management policies are extremely unreasonable. I had a friend visit me briefly, and I was told that if anyone stays longer than 10 minutes, they charge €30 — even if the person isn’t sleeping over. It felt like they were trying to find any excuse to take extra money from guests. The biggest problem is the owner/manager. He behaves arrogantly, is unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t appreciate either his guests or his hardworking staff. His attitude completely ruined the overall experience. The hotel lacks proper organization and the atmosphere he creates is far from welcoming. It’s such a shame, because the employees deserve better and could make this a nice place if the leadership actually cared. I would not recommend staying here unless the management changes.
