⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Hotel H2O! Our stay at Hotel H2O was truly a unique and memorable experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it perfect for unwinding. One of the highlights was the stunning aquarium view, which made the stay feel extra special and different from a typical hotel experience. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and attentive to our needs from check-in until check-out. Their excellent service made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient since it is inside Manila Ocean Park, making it easy to explore the attractions nearby. It’s perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing stay with something unique to enjoy. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Hotel H2O to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Manila. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Booked a bay deluxe room for 2 nights. All the staff are very friendly and approachable. Mini fridge and safety deposit box had an issue upon arrival but after reporting all were resolved within less than 10 minutes. Being able to order grab for food and water dispenser near our room was also nice. Housekeeping was also superb. My son really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back.

The room was okay, but it had fewer amenities and only a few tissues were provided. There was too much noise, especially at night. The carpeted hallway is old and has an unpleasant smell. It is also quite small, so you can easily bump into someone when housekeeping is cleaning the rooms. However, the staff and front desk team are kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel does not seem to be well maintained. I hope it will improve in the future, as there is ongoing construction that may be for renovations. On a positive note, the ocean view is very nice. One thing its so hard to call and they're not answering phones.
