An excellent gastronomic experience from start to finish. The carefully crafted blend of flavors is particularly noteworthy—balanced and surprising, with every detail designed for enjoyment without excess. The ceviche deserves special mention: fresh, expertly prepared, and full of nuances. A restaurant definitely worth returning to.

DISASTROUS GALA DINNER I don't usually write reviews of hotels or restaurants, and I often let things slide so I can forget what happened as quickly as possible. But I feel I have to write this review so that others don't have the same experience. Especially when you plan with all the excitement in the world to attend a dinner or event like New Year's Eve at a luxury hotel, only to find yourself caught up in a series of circumstances that ruin the dinner and the evening, as happened in our case. We returned this year because in previous years they had done a fantastic job; they went out of their way to make it a splendid night. I'm also writing this review because I requested complaint forms from the hotel, and as always, they either couldn't find them or gave me excuses. I truly believe that in a hotel of this caliber, the things that happened last New Year's Eve shouldn't happen at an event like this. I think it's simply negligence or incompetence on the part of the staff responsible for organizing the dinner and the after-party. As always, despite having my table reserved more than a month in advance in the main dining room and reconfirming it the day before, we were surprised to find we were assigned a table on the outdoor terrace where breakfast is served—a bad start. After telling the maître d' that there must be some mistake, they made us wait for the other dinner guests to be seated. At that point, the maître d' asked us to accompany them and led us to a sort of reading room or something similar where they had set up about nine tables, each for two people, and where only one table remained free. I imagine that the people who were supposed to be assigned that table were moved on the spot to one of the terraces. It didn't end there. I told the maître d' that I wasn't happy with the change, that I wanted the table where I had originally reserved it, which wasn't possible because the dining room was full. In the end, I gave in to avoid a monumental argument. For the price we paid, the dinner was mediocre, the local wines were just average—one white and one red—the cava was run-of-the-mill, and the dishes took ages to arrive. Another thing that surprised us was the lack of dress code for the dinner. We understand that the hotel's clientele is mostly foreign (German, Dutch, English), but I think the occasion warrants appropriate attire. It's unacceptable that people come to dinner in their hiking gear and sneakers or boots. But it didn't end there. Since we weren't staying at the hotel, there were other guests, some in loungewear, and some, frankly, hadn't even showered. They looked filthy, like they'd been out drinking all day and were just trying to finish the night however they could. It was pathetic. Anyway, we went down to the outdoor terrace area where the party favors and the cava were waiting for us—which, by the way, was just average, as I think I already mentioned. We found a young DJ spinning salsa music, and he single-handedly managed to get half the partygoers out in half an hour. An hour later, he was replaced by someone even worse, dressed in a tracksuit and looking very shady. Then people started sneaking in, looking like campers, in sandals and t-shirts. Four guys, friends of the DJ, started causing a ruckus—a truly appalling scene. It was a complete disaster. The party ended at 2 a.m. for the few of us who were left, and I went to reception to get a taxi. While I waited to fill out a complaint form about what had happened that night, the receptionist, unable to find any, promised that the manager or someone from management would call us to discuss the incident after I told the young man the story. We're still waiting. My impression is that they're overwhelmed with tourists and do things without much regard for the details. A real shame.

Although the place is beatiful and the staff is very nice, the price quality relation is low. The room was small, such as the bed, in our opinion. The sound proofing doesn't exist, waking us up each time one of our neighbor's flushed, and there was too much light, with a window that doesn't have a blackout. It was cold and we tried to heat the room but it started to smell of something burned, so, no heating available and no room changing, neither. So, unfortunately, we had a poor night of sleep at this place. So, we can't honestly recommend.
