Hotel Helios

Fantástico fin de semana,inolvidable.No podéis iros sin visitar el spa y los masajes realizados por Mar.Luz en recepción del restaurante te recibe con una maravillosa sonrisa,Lo mejor de todo fue,el trato humano, simpatía y solución de un pequeño problema,es más todo se les hizo poco, especialmente a Víctor el gerente,las instalaciones de 10 piscina de agua salada,spa,música en vivo etc, limpieza estupenda, quedamos muy satisfechos.

Perfect stay here twice a year cannot fault this hotel at all. Everyone is so friendly, especially Angela on the reception the bar staff the restaurant staff the janitors very polite indeed the hotel is immaculate. Fabulous value for money also.

Another fantastic holiday in the Helios hotel .Arrived with a quick check in at reception by a very polite receptionist .We booked a Premium room, with pool view and a half board stay .We was allocated on the 8th floor .Our room on arrival was immaculately clean, a large spacious double bed , mini fridge,a safe deposit box ,coffee pod machine with various tea / coffee supplies& bottled water etc which was topped up daily . A welcome bottle of cava & treats was a lovely touch to our stay.Thankyou ! We had a good sized bathroom with jacuzzi bath which we used every evening..perfect ! and over head shower ,hairdryer shampoo/ conditioner ,shower gel etc .Very large balcony with lovely views over looking the pool and garden. Immaculately clean throughout the hotel , The hotel staff are very polite and friendly and made us feel very welcome .A little mention to Antonio & the restaurant team Thankyou ! for your smiles every day ..and a big thankyou to the chef who made our fresh delicious omelettes Yummy 😋 A top wizz at cracking eggs !! A lovely variety of food choices on offer ,hot & cold beverages at breakfast eggs pancakes hot foods,cereals ,fruit ,yogurts ,various breads ,cheese,hams etc meats ,pizza ,pasta ,fish ,soups,sea food , paella,and themed nights kebabs, ribs ,noodles etc plus many desserts , icecream,tuna salads,sea food salad etc .you won't be disappointed. Lovely pool area with Bar ,plenty of sun longers and shade if needed .The hotel as a spa & Massage wellbeing service which I would highly recommend .and we'll worth the extra money .Easy access in all areas of the hotel including the pool for wheelchairs users . The Helios is in a great location close to all the shops and nightlife and a 5 minute walk to the beach and bus stops if you fancy venturing a little furtherout of Benidorm .Altea ( Bus N°10)is a must !.The outdoor market is a short walk around the back of the hotel on a Wednesday & Sunday morning .Bar meals are available during the day .Drinks at the bar are reasonably priced with a special 'Cocktail' on offer each day .Great team of waiters , who are friendly & polite and two very kind and helpful life guards. Would we stay Here again? YES!! .We ..highly recommend The Hotel Helios ,you won't be disappointed . Great price ..Great team ..Great Stay.
