The workers at the reception are pleasant." Thermal" water is cold. It was too cold today. Last year, at the same temperatures, the water was much warmer. Bathing in the jacuzzi even cold. Afterwards, they sat down in the restaurant to warm up and waited half an hour to be served. While the waiter was walking past us and setting the tables. I do the same job but this was totally unprofessional. At the end he got up and printed. Poor God money.

We had a children's football tournament in this hotel and I can only say zero points for the organizers. We had games in hall no. 3 and they didn't want to let the spectators (parents) watch inside the hall but had to be outside the hall and watch through the windows. And it was raining and snowing outside. Everyone was wet and freezing. Just because someone had fought in the hall the day before and instead of disqualifying the clubs that were causing problems and their parents, everyone else had to suffer because of someone else's stupidity. And the organizer didn't even bother to react.

We have stayed at the hotel several times. The number of stars and the hotel are not realistic anymore. The rooms are falling apart, the staff at the pool reception is rude, the pool needs to be renovated and the tiles cleaned of fungus. To go to the pool you need to go through the hotel in your clothes and change into a cramped and old wardrobe. Sometimes they let you go to the pool in a bathrobe and sometimes not.. so let them make arrangements... They are mostly rude. All in all, bad.
