One of Austria’s most prestigious and beautiful hotels in a historic setting. If this is your first time to Vienna, and you enjoy classic European luxury and history, stay here. It’s on the pricey side but some of the rooms are so incredible you feel transported to the world of emperors and princesses. Plus the location is as good as it gets. Nice bar and breakfast. And don’t forget to buy one of their Imperial Torte cakes, which are Austria’s best kept pastry secret!

It was a picturesque hotel, both inside and out. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the yogurt. The staff were cheerful, lively, and polite, which gave me energy after a long day of traveling. I'd love to go again.

A prestigious hotel. Magnificent palace facade. Greeted by a bellhop, the reception is as elegant as the hotel itself, with highly professional and discreet staff. The vast entrance hall is impressive, spanning several floors, with staircases reminiscent of an opera house and murals. The rooms are very spacious, decorated in a Marie Antoinette style. Large bathrooms with modern amenities. Breakfast is served in a charming space on the ground floor. You'll pass by the hotel's pastry shop, which offers the famous signature cake. The Viennese hot chocolate is a must-try. The breakfast selection is incredible, with eggs cooked to order. The buffet is splendid, always beautifully presented and replenished. True luxury.
