We've been coming to this hotel for two years now. We absolutely love the decor, the location, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the breakfast and brunch, and the overall location. The bedding is fantastic!

Despite a very pleasant location, the hotel staff is not very welcoming and the rooms are small and in need of renovation. The shower didn't work well and was slippery; moreover, the small amenities were empty (sewing set and soap). The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast service on the 7th floor needs improvement! As a former resident of Bordeaux, I will not be returning.

I'm quite satisfied with my choice to stay at the Indigo for two nights. I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel, and this place turned out to be the best option. The city view room is spacious and modern. The bed was clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find Nuxe cosmetics in the bathroom. For morning coffee, there is a machine with capsules, and filtered water is available on each floor. You can take a glass decanter and fill it up. I really liked that Indigo cares about the environment by avoiding single-use plastic bottles. The reception desk is open 24/7. Thanks a lot to the staff for their hospitality. I highly recommend having breakfast at Indigo. It was truly the most delicious breakfast, especially enjoyed on the terrace with a view! The only minor issue was that we couldn't find any slippers in the room.
