Let's start with the good, rooms and service were good. Only dealt with staff at check in and out. We were let into our room at midday, so no grumbles on that. The room itself was big, bathroom big and shower good The bad / odd stuff, the hotel is in 2 separate parts, you need to walk through a shopping centre to get to the lifts to the room we were in. We only stayed 1 night, so for us not a massive issue. If I was staying a number of days I would have hated it. All these big international chains struggle in this next area, where the UK budget chains excel...the mattress, how hard is it to get a good mattress? Like seriously... Location good Would I stay again? No! Better hotels locally

Surprised by the experience as it was very affordable and I loved the room, I would visit again! Just a note that my windows were frosted so no view whatsoever but it was very spacious!

What an amazing hotel! Staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were very big as was the bathroom (the shower was a delight) and the location is great. It was quite noisy outside since you're in the city centre but once you're inside there is no noise, not even people wandering around to the room. Very good price too.
