OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Everything about this stay was nice! Shout out to Victoria (front desk) and Shanta (bar) for a great welcome to Jacksonville! I came down to meet a friend for the weekend for a local show and picked this hotel, not knowing anything about the area, but I was not disappointed! The staff, including the cleaning staff, were super friendly and helpful. LOCATION: The location was perfect to be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough to access (15 mins). FOOD OPTIONS: This is the only area I will give a critique. I wish there was breakfast included in the stay. The bar food was reasonably priced for a hotel and tasty 😋. There are several food options within a walk from the hotel too. CLEANLINESS: Our room was clean and well maintained! Loved that the shower had good water pressure and it was hot hot 🔥 Overall.. I give the hotel a 9.5/10. The lake out back where you can walk the trail was the huge win for me 😊😊😊

To start, i dropped my DL in the lounge area and an amazing man found it for me. They called up to my room to let me know the bar had it. (I wish i got the blonde lady's name from the bar who called)Elena was also so sweet from check in, to any questions I had. I wish the TVs were smart TVs but other than that, my staycation was enjoyed.
