It's a relatively small and fairly modern hotel with nice views, a medium-sized pool with a swim-up bar (though the water was a bit cold). The rooms seemed small and poorly equipped; the bathroom is tiny with little space for toiletries and no ventilation whatsoever. There's almost no storage space in the room, and the sheets were scratchy. The boat restaurant was really bad in terms of food and mediocre service. The beach club, however, is very pleasant and comfortable, with a very small pool at a very good temperature, good views, and good service. Although the beach is very shallow, swimming isn't possible. The marina where the hotel is located is very nice and has a pharmacy and a few other restaurants.

Yesterday, David, the bald guy who works at the Puerto beach club, treated us absolutely horribly! I don't understand why they have such an aggressive person working there—it's terrifying! It's supposed to be a very exclusive place, and he treated us terribly! He had a terrible attitude, and honestly, we were really happy to be there until that awful service ruined our mood!
