This was 3/11/2026 We called around to see if there was a room available for different hotels for one day and these people helped us we live in utah and once we got to omaha it started to snow heavy so this was a last minute thing I greatly appreciate that and will again plan for a stay again😁

Never leave negative reviews but had some issues. First the thermostat didn’t work. Manager did bring a fan but room was too warm. TV did not work. Room phone did not work. Next to no water pressure in the shower. Ice machines on the 4th and 3rd floors did not work. This morning when leaving, the lids didn’t fit the to go coffee cups. Pretty bad showing for an IHG hotel.

My husband and I stayed here over Valentine's weekend for our daughter's volleyball tournament and had such an amazing experience. 🙌 Mya THANK YOU for your genuine kindness, you made us feel like royalty from the minute we walked in. This hotel hit a home run when they hired you girl! (p.s. you'll always be my favorite Valentine) Our suite was SPOTLESS and designed like something out of a magazine. I have more pictures of this room, than I do of my daughter's first year of life! (Kidding, but did take an unnatural amount of pictures) Housekeeping was top notch! We'd rush out of the room every morning leaving everything scattered and come back to spotless perfection every evening when we returned. The hotel is in great walking location to many great restaurants and things to do, however rest assured if you don't feel like walking they have black car service complimentary for guests! (Yes, you read that right.) Quaint first floor bar mixes up some great cocktails and they even have a speakeasy that stays open until 1am. (I'm not at liberty to disclose that location, but I bet if you run into Mya she'll tell you! 🤪) Thank you Hotel Indigo Omaha! We can't wait to come back for another visit and hope to see some familiar faces!
