I have stayed in many 5* hotels but this was by far one of the best. We stayed for our honeymoon and they gave a complimentary cake and beautiful little surprise in the room. The rooms were clean and comfortable and full stocked with all amenities. The staff are super lovely and helpful, and we had faulty switch in the bathroom which they fixed in a matter of minutes by sending out an electrician. They even gave us 2 free drinks for the inconvenience. The breakfast buffet is immaculate with a la carte options too - really delicious! We were going to miss breakfast one morning so they packed us a bag of sandwiches, pastries and fruits to take away and prepared take away coffee for us at 6am before we left. Truly amazing experience and would recommend to anyone staying in Patong who wants to be in a central area - but do be prepared for some street noise as it is in the heart of the town!

An Unexpectedly Perfect Birthday Dinner! I originally planned to have a simple after-work dinner, but it turned out to be an unexpectedly wonderful experience. Besides the high-quality food, the most outstanding thing was the hospitality. Thank you to the lovely team – Lek, Husna, Oat, and Prome – for their warm service and attention to detail from start to finish. The biggest surprise and most memorable moment was when they secretly prepared a birthday cake and lit the candles right at my table. It was a moment that showed how genuinely the staff cared about their customers. Thank you for making this year's birthday such a wonderful memory. If you're looking for a special place with excellent service, you won't be disappointed!

My stay at the Hotel Indigo in Phuket was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is beautifully designed – modern and stylish. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. However, I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the staff. Joker and Tang truly made my stay unforgettable. Both were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times. You can immediately tell that they are passionate about their work and genuinely care about making guests feel comfortable. Thanks to Joker and Tang, I felt not just like a guest, but truly welcome throughout my entire stay. Such dedicated and friendly staff are something special and a major reason why I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The rooms were always cleaned very thoroughly, and every request was fulfilled. All the staff were very respectful, friendly, and welcoming. I am already looking forward to staying at the Hotel Indigo again on my next visit to Phuket.
