The staff were friendly and courteous. Booking with Platinum Ambassador status resulted in an upgrade to a Deluxe King Room, complete with welcome snacks and a beverage voucher redeemable at Bar DI on the 4th floor for drinks including red and white wine – a very thoughtful touch. The room's design was quite unique, featuring a minibar with a capsule coffee machine, soft drinks, and a small bottle of complimentary gin. The TV offered streaming services. The bathroom had a bathtub and shower. The sink only provided soap, no hand sanitizer. There were no tissues on the countertop, only a roll of toilet paper next to the toilet. The toiletries were from the Cha Tzu Tang brand, a distinctly Taiwanese touch. In-room dining service only lasted until 9:30 PM; the menu was displayed via QR code on the TV, but the drinks section wasn't listed. However, it essentially consisted of food from Bar DI on the 4th floor, which could be ordered and taken back to the room. The breakfast was varied and of good quality, befitting the price.

Check-in was slow and methodical, but the staff at the different counters were very friendly and proactively asked about my stay when I checked out the next day. They supported each other and recommended nearby restaurants. A great team! Although it's a bit far from the MRT station, I'd definitely visit again.

February 27, 2026: First stay at the Indigo Hotel Dazhi. We booked two discounted rooms for four people. Upon check-in, the Diamond/Platinum membership lane was unmanned; everyone, regardless of membership status, queued together. The counter provided four drink vouchers and a snack bag (presumably a welcome gift). There was no room upgrade, no late check-out, and no breakfast. Overall, the discounted room experience was rather bland. The room did not have a bathtub. Amenities included bottled water, a capsule coffee machine (with four capsules), complimentary drinks, and popcorn. The TV had streaming functionality (it didn't automatically log out when turned off; you must manually log out of your account). The gym, while small, was bright, and the equipment was kept quite clean.
