We’ve been to this hotel couple times, rooms are from eighties-nineties , nothing changed. Some rooms are less used up some more. Has nothing to do with stuff work(service), these people do what they can to keep it clean. For these money you can find better options especially if you’re in Hamburg with car.

We used this hotel for many years every time we visit Hamburg.. It is affordable price compared to others hotel in city, which I think also convenient to come on city center because bus is directly which is about 6 stops.
