Second time here and would highly recommend. Everybody service oriented and friendly. Room maid did an excellent job. Fair prices in pool bar. Breakfast was top notch. Location can’t be better. Pool heated and very clean. Plenty sunbeds, no stressful reservation, and good water pressure and lots of hot water in shower. Wifi was good everywhere. If I could advice on improvements though; the bed was huge but a bit hard, the pillows should be down/more fluffy/comfy, and I missed having a decent duvet in January. Then it would be 100% perfect!

Very clean hotel in a colonial style. We are currently staying here, and we are absolutely delighted with the hotel. We are on half-board. - Breakfast is served buffet-style; nothing is missing, everything is absolutely perfect. - The buffet staff are very friendly and, above all, professional. - Kudos to Djiby and Omar for their great kindness, as well as the rest of the staff. In the evenings, the meals are also excellent, either buffet or à la carte. Everything is very, very good and very varied. - As for the rooms, nothing to say except that they are very, very clean. Very large bed. We had a view of the pool. Very quiet. - If you wish, the reception staff will grant your wish. I highly recommend this hotel. We will return next year with great pleasure. I'll keep my review brief, as cleanliness should be a given in a hotel of this price range. The staff in all departments are very attentive and strive to make every guest happy. The pool area is remarkable, but the reason for cleaning it daily, even though the paths are spotless and the entire area is even scoured first thing in the morning after heavy rain, should be reconsidered for environmental reasons. We used the pool daily, as the beach area in that section isn't inviting; it was the only place to swim and relax. The gym is okay, but I miss classes like aqua aerobics, yoga, or other exercise classes. Now to the food, which we can only give a mediocre rating. Breakfast is identical for weeks on end; the ham is sliced so thickly that you'd rather avoid it, and the cheese and jam are also the same every day. We only tried the evening buffet once, and we were very disappointed with the New Year's Eve dinner. Of the six courses, we found two to be good; the others were below average. Last but not least, the evening entertainment: the volume is appropriate for a discotheque, but not for a hotel bar, from which it echoes through all floors.
