For the price, we expected something different. Hair on the bedsheets and in the shower was truly disgusting. The room was incredibly small, as was the bathroom. The bathroom was quite dated, and the grout in the shower was in dire need of repair. It didn't feel comfortable at all. Our room was very noisy—you could clearly hear the street and the activity at the main train station. You also heard more from your neighbors than you'd like. As a result, getting any sleep was nearly impossible. The breakfast, however, was fantastic. There was a very large selection, and everything was fresh and delicious.

Traditional hotel directly opposite the main train station Lovely hotel within walking distance of Münster's main train station. The staff, especially at breakfast, are incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast is definitely worth its current price of €23. There's something for everyone, and you can even order freshly fried eggs. An egg menu at the table would be helpful, but it's probably intentionally omitted. The furnishings in the lobby, the lounge with fireplace, the restaurant, and the breakfast area are very attractive and modern. However, the rooms are in need of modernization. I specifically booked a higher category and requested a room with a walk-in shower. We did get one, but the shower room was very narrow, making it difficult to move around... especially for two people. The room furnishings also need a complete overhaul, considering the class and price. Then we'd gladly return. A lovely surprise was the Milka chocolate bunny outside our door on St. Nicholas Day morning – thank you so much!
