We stayed at Hotel Kapellenberg last weekend and can highly recommend it. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the breakfast is very varied, and the sauna is remarkably nice and spacious for a hotel. However, we were especially delighted by the service and the actions of the hotel owner: Upon departure, we unfortunately forgot a bottle of champagne in the minibar in our room – a wedding gift and therefore of more sentimental than material value to us. Unfortunately, the bottle initially went missing after cleaning and couldn't be found. However, the hotel owner took it upon himself to track it down, and we can now look forward to a package from Eibelstadt. Considering that it's actually our responsibility to take all our belongings with us upon departure, I find his actions particularly empathetic and thoughtful. Thank you so much! Should we ever be in the area again, we would gladly stay there again. :-) Arvid and Michelle Reichelt

If you're looking for a stress-free hotel with excellent service, this is the place for you. I've stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. It's always clean, the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, and the staff always have a smile on their faces. The fact that you can always find a parking space right in front of the hotel and that the reception is so quick and efficient makes the stay particularly pleasant. The fantastic sauna is the perfect finishing touch. I'll definitely be back!
