The lobby is clean, the front desk is courteous, and it's convenient that there's a microwave and vending machines on almost every floor. While the room has some minor imperfections, I think it's a good hotel for a weekday stay at this price. The only negative aspects are the stairs you have to take to get to the front desk, and the cold air leaking through the windows due to the poor size and fabric of the curtains.

The old and cramped space was already well-documented in the reviews, so I didn't find it a drawback. The area is quiet and tourist-free, and the subway station and Osaka Castle are close by, making it a great location. Everything you need is provided, and amenities (including water) are generously provided. A microwave and ice water purifier are conveniently located on multiple floors. And the most surprising thing was that the elevator arrived within 10 seconds, no matter what floor I was on.

It was extremely cramped. Even though it was a twin room, it was difficult for two people to pass each other. There was almost no space between the beds, so our legs got stuck and we couldn't move. There was no place to put two people's luggage, so we had to put it on top of the bed. The unit bathroom was also small. I was relieved that the drainage didn't get clogged. The entire building was air-conditioned, and the windows in the room couldn't be opened, and there was no air purifier, so it was too hot. We were able to borrow a fan, which was a relief, but we wouldn't have been able to sleep without it. The wall light was covered in dust. There was also noticeable dust on the shelves where the cups and pots were stored. If I had stayed alone, I might have been able to get by. The staff were very helpful.
