For the past few years, I have always stayed here whenever I come to Kinosaki for a trip. No matter how many times I come, the service is consistent, the food is delicious, and it's a really great hotel!! This time, my wife and I stayed at Kinparo for the first time with our newborn daughter, and while we were both busy eating dinner and keeping an eye on our daughter, one of the wait staff members took care of our daughter, comforted her, and even took her for a walk around the restaurant (without bothering other guests), which was a huge help. I'm very grateful. This was my first time using a room, but I think you'll be able to enjoy the best of Kinparo no matter which room you stay in!

A group of 15 people stayed here to celebrate my father's recovery. My grandfather brought me here as a child, and it was the first time we'd stayed here in about 30 years. My father was delighted throughout the stay, with views of the Sea of Japan from his room, crab dishes, and hot springs, all in a space that allowed him to relax both physically and mentally. Even when there was a mistake in the food, the manager came to apologize in person, and the service was excellent. One thing that bothered me was the aging of the wallpaper and fixtures in the room... The staff (including the foreigners) were all friendly, polite, and smiling, but there were some key areas that made me feel like it was a shame that such a nice inn was not being used. I'm sure we'll have the opportunity to stay here again in the future, so I hope you'll see improvements. Thank you for the good memories this time.
