the breakfast was just not good. the juice was coloured water and the rest of the food was not great one saving grace was the auto pancake machine.When we booked in we were told no hot water tomorrow with no chose as it was none refund booking we had to stay.It was said to stop trouble next day(this has been said many times in the past about no hot water so should be pointed out i in booking so then if you chose to stay its no longer something you can be upset about.The best is like sleeping on a garden with a mole very uncomfortable. The staff in general were ok neither friendly or unfriendly the location is great to the other side of the bridge and the hill top for new year was fantastic so location its only plus. When informed the booking app they said complain to hotel.Room is ok but for almost 300 euro to be fair it was new years eve so most raise their prices the room could do with a make over or painting.Hotel obviously just thinks its normal for no hot wate so I would advise to not stay

Great hotel with value price. Location is quite a bit walk if you get off by nearest tram. Hotel is blue theme include your room. The breakfast is variety.
