I stayed here with my family. The toilet, sink, and shower in the hot spring bath in the guest room were out of service from night to morning, which was extremely inconvenient in terms of hygiene, despite it being a hot spring resort. The staff only offered verbal apologies and no concrete alternatives, and their response was perfunctory. In the end, we washed our hands and faces with the drinking water we had with us. Despite the high cost of the stay, we were very disappointed with the insincere response to our problems. I think it's best not to expect any assistance if there are any problems with the facilities.

This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed in a Western-style room with an open-air bath on a family anniversary. The hotel is a mix of renovated and older buildings, but everything inside is incredibly clean and cozy. I was impressed by how spotless it was. I was especially impressed by the food. We enjoyed the crab and yellowtail shabu-shabu course, but personally, the breakfast was even better. The crispy grilled mackerel, homemade furikake seasoning, and miso soup were all delicious and delicious, leaving me feeling deeply touched and relaxed. We also enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot spring in our room. It was snowing during this season, so I was a little worried about heat shock (lol), but the room was warm and the air conditioning worked well, and we had a truly comfortable and wonderful time. I understand that things are tough with the recession and labor shortage, but I hope everyone keeps up the great work. I will definitely stay here again!

The entrance, reception, and rooms were all very clean, and the overall feel was spotless. However, for some reason, there were quite a lot of stink bugs. My companion doesn't like bugs, so it caused a bit of a fuss, but it would be helpful if they could check if these bugs are present in other rooms as well. The room itself was very clean, and we were very satisfied with that. This time we only stayed overnight, so we can't comment on the food or other aspects. The bath seemed a little more dilapidated than we expected. Unfortunately, there was no view from the bath that allowed us to enjoy the scenery. The hot spring didn't seem to have any special features either.
