The lady at the reception has absolutely zero communication skills, super aggressive by character and no sense to listen first and understand!! She has no value for customers, absolutely unfriendly and no sense of service and communication at all!! Inhuman towards people and doesn’t deserve a reception job. That’s a failure !!!

It's a 4-star hotel, and overall, it's okay, but I think you could pay a little less for this standard. The hotel rooms lack soundproofing; you can hear people in the hallways. The rooms are also a bit outdated. If you want a GaPa tourist card, you have to ask for it. Breakfast was okay, and the room with a view of the Zugspitze was impressive. The location is great, close to the city center, Garmisch, and Partenkirchen.

Actually, it's a solid ski hotel: the lobby is super modern and chic, but the rooms are a bit dated. Everything seems to be in need of some renovation. But it's clean and, overall, okay. However, the service in exceptional situations leaves much to be desired. Due to a burst pipe, we had to change rooms last night. Of course, these things can happen, but the hotel's communication was cold and completely inadequate. We were moved to a smaller room without any warning. There was no prior information about the downgrade, and no real apology for the hassle of packing our suitcases the night before our departure. As "compensation," €20 was deducted from our nearly €700 bill at checkout. For that price, we expect a more professional approach to guests.
