Everything was great, the staff was friendly, the food was fantastic. Lunch was phenomenal. What I would really like to highlight is Balázs the masseur He is incredibly direct, kind, empathetic and does his job to the highest level. If you go, don't miss him, he is an incredibly good professional and very friendly, I can only recommend him. When I return, he will be the first to book an appointment.

Unfortunately, on the day of our reservation, we did not arrive on time and were only able to arrive a day later due to our own negligence. We felt very uncomfortable about this and did not expect to be able to use our entire 2-night stay. The gesture of allowing us to download our reservation was truly surprising and touching for us. Such flexibility and kindness is rare, and we would like to emphasize how much we appreciate it. The hotel is excellent in every respect: the environment, the services, the quality of the care are all of a high standard. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff are also outstanding - we truly felt that we were important as guests. Thank you very much for enriching us with such a positive experience.
