Extremely disappointing stay – I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. My experience was terrible from beginning to end. I ordered room service and it took almost two hours to arrive. No one ever called to inform me that they didn’t have what I had requested; I had to follow up myself, and when the food finally arrived, it was completely different from what I ordered. On top of that, the bed had fleas. I woke up with bites and red welts all over my body, which was incredibly uncomfortable and completely unacceptable for any hotel. The hotel is also freezing cold. They do not provide heating at night, making it very unpleasant to sleep. To make things worse, I accidentally left my phone charger —a good-quality, expensive charger— and called immediately to ask for it. I was told more than three times that they would call me back, and they never did. I still have no answer or any responsibility taken regarding my item. In summary: poor service, poor hygiene, poor communication, and zero accountability. This is an experience I never want to repeat.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Comfy room, large TV screen, bed a little on the firm side for me, but probably not for others. Location fantastic for what we were doing. Lovely decor. Great experience
