In my opinion, there's room for improvement. The receptionist was very pleasant, which is crucial. However, several points could be improved: – The reception area's parquet flooring is badly worn. – The shower hose needs replacing. – The bedside lamp switch is out of order. These are numerous small, easily corrected details that detract from the hotel's overall quality. The heating was either off (early January) or controlled by a central unit, which is regrettable. The rooms are quite small, which isn't so much of a problem for a short stay. The breakfast, however, is slightly above the standard for this type of establishment. The presence of a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, gym, and spa area is a real plus. The hotel is ideally located next to the train station, tram lines, and close to food shops. Parking is available by reservation, it seems. Overall, the value for money remains good.

Dried urine on the toilet!! And a horrible smell!! I took two pictures. They changed my room, which is the least they could do. My other room didn't have towels, and the smell wasn't as strong, but it clearly made me give up on showering. I wasn't going to ask for another room since the second one was this dirty... There was a door between my room and another room, so because of that I could hear every detail of the neighbor's life (they claim the rooms are soundproof). Not a single gesture of goodwill, nothing. I will never go back and I strongly advise against this hotel.

Avoid at all costs. I booked my stay almost a month in advance and received an email confirmation. Then, just 48 hours before my departure, I received an email offering me two options: either cancel due to a computer glitch, or accept two rooms with a nine-year-old child. The implication was that either my husband or I would have to be in separate rooms, even though it was a family trip. We barely apologized, and I won't even go into the hassle of dealing with Booking.com. Then, the final twist: on the day I was supposed to arrive, I received an email saying they were expecting me. I find this incredibly dishonest, considering I booked almost a month in advance. I thought that when you receive a confirmation, everything was checked. I'm really disappointed. As a result, I couldn't book anywhere else…
