Not a 4 star hotel third world country hotels lol better. They had party I. The restaurant on the night I checked in fireworks near car park almost like they were trying to burn the place down. It need knocking down rebuilding. Basic hygiene is too much to expect here I left to breakfast in McDonald’s that’s says it all. I would rather sleep in my car than ever stay here again. Management don’t have a clue of any situation they can fix anything they offered refund no sign of refund only been 13 days since they promised refund. Don’t take your shoes off or use the shower if you do stay maybe clean your room before you sit down. The bar was only open for party guests. Restaurant closed at 10 party didn’t finish till 1 am. I have no issues with parties but when I went to sleep and move I next day can’t early sleep in this chaos. I was told restaurant manager doesn’t tell anyone what he’s doing that’s why they have this party. Other guests complained they just didn’t nothing. No lift couldn’t even find parking.

3 stars, in fact. When I booked, I wasn't familiar with this hotel and looked at the photos on the website. I have to say, the photos are a bit misleading, and certainly date back a few years, since everything is as shown, but the current situation certainly reflects the time spent. The bed was too soft, the shower had a problem with the hot water that took a long time to arrive, and above all, the heating didn't work, and I can assure you that last week, with a minimum temperature of 12 degrees, it would have been useful. I then learned the next morning that a technician was there trying to fix the problem. So...

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days, and we felt at home the entire time. I want to sincerely thank all the staff, from the reception staff, who offered their professionalism and kindness to fulfilling our often challenging requests. The cleaning staff, especially Mrs. Edith, was always there! And last but not least, the entire restaurant team: excellent quality food, perfectly cooked, and exceptionally well-served! You will be our go-to person in Milan and Monza. Thank you so much for making our stay special.
