I was not able to stay in this hotel due to my flight was cancelled. I tried to contact Trip.com to have a free cancellation however the hotel just repeatedly rejected the request. I understand it is not their fault either however the way to deal with this kind of issue will not make me choose it next time.

The hotel is superb, with excellent service and quality. We booked a room with a direct sea view, a must on our trip. Returning to Capri, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again. The breakfast and staff were excellent, and all the points of interest are just a short walk away. Vic Camerelle is also easily accessible.
