We stayed four nights at this lovely boutique hotel, two adults and a child. The location is unbeatable, although parking is a real challenge. Both the lobby and the room were fantastic. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast had few options for those of us who are gluten-free, and the soy milk they offered wasn't very good quality (but I did have gluten-free bread every morning). In the afternoon, they offer a free snack that's not suitable for celiacs, and they charged us for a cup of milk for our son because a very serious blonde woman told us it wasn't included. Few children drink tea when they're little… I can't give it more stars because the room cleaning left much to be desired. We're quite tidy and civilized, but they didn't even sweep or dust, at the very least. They just made the bed and left it with the sheets hanging all wrinkled—everything was rushed. They changed the used towels (but not the bathrobes), and every afternoon when we returned, we had to go downstairs to ask for toilet paper because we'd been surviving on half a roll since we arrived. They never replenished it. The previous guests had left some used socks in the closet, and they were still there. They didn't even acknowledge that. Small, easy-to-take details like these would raise the bar.

Adorable hotel located in the historic center of Benasque. Warm and inviting atmosphere. They pay attention to every detail. The service is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent, featuring homemade products. The cleanliness is outstanding. The room is beautiful, with a sloping ceiling and views of the snow-capped mountains. The bed is huge and has a very comfortable mattress. We will be back!
