The showers were a disaster, far from a 3-star rating. There was no wall-mounted shower head, just a plastic cap, the shower faucet handle was flimsy and didn't drain properly, and the water stagnated. There was no air freshener in the wardrobe; when I asked, they told me they didn't have any, and they took two from one room. The receptionist was cold.

The bedding is of very high quality, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the soundproofing guarantees a truly restful sleep. Impeccable hygiene, a clean bathroom, and reliable hot water. A consistent standard, whether for a short stay or a business trip. Service Excellent. The staff is responsive, polite, and customer-focused. Special requests are handled promptly, always with a smile. You can feel a genuine service culture, rare in many establishments. Room service and reception are efficient 24/7. Location Ideal. Just minutes from the city center, easily accessible, and perfect for exploring Al Hoceima and the surrounding area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with parking nearby. Whether for business or leisure, it's a strategic location. In short, Hotel La Perla offers excellent value for money, with consistent professionalism and exemplary service.
